Building More Than A Great Soccer Club

Premiere Training Academy was founded on the belief that youth soccer should be intentional, development-driven, and rooted in strong values. The formation of our competitive soccer club is a natural extension of the work we have been doing for years, developing players, supporting families, and investing in our community.

Our goal is not simply to field teams. Our goal is to build a program that develops confident soccer players, strong character, and a healthier soccer culture across Northeast Arkansas.

Premiere Training Academy exists to provide a clear, honest pathway for player development. Too often, youth soccer focuses on short-term results instead of long-term growth. PTA was built to do things differently.

Our club is the result of years of experience running training programs, camps, leagues, and development initiatives. This is not a rushed decision; it is a deliberate step forward rooted in experience and vision.

At the heart of Premiere Training Academy is our TAC Methodology: Teach – Apply – Coach.

• Teach – Coaches introduce concepts, skills, tactics, or plays with clarity and purpose so players understand what they are learning and why it matters.
   
• Apply – Players apply those concepts through structured drills, small-sided games, scrimmages, and teach-backs that mirror real game situations.
   
• Coach – Coaches guide players through feedback and adjustments—both minor and major—to reinforce learning and promote growth.
   

This approach develops players who think the game, not just react to it. It creates confident decision-makers who understand soccer at a deeper level.

Premiere Training Academy follows a structured, age-appropriate curriculum that provides consistency across all teams and programs.
