Premiere Training Academy (PTA) is a development-focused competitive soccer club built to support long-term player growth both on and off the field.
PTA is a certified Arkansas Soccer Association (ASA)–recognized club and a US Youth Soccer (USYS)–affiliated club, allowing our teams to participate in sanctioned leagues, events, and tournaments.
PTA will field Elite competitive & competitive teams for U7-U18 for boys & girls.

Yes. We will have a Director of Coaching who will lead the coaching direction, tactics, philosophy, and curriculum of the club. We are looking at a technical director who will work with the Director of Coaching on practice structure, drills, training, and individul player development. We will also have a head of administration who will work on club communications, coordinating events, and many other important parts of the club to keep things organized.
We will be using a vetting process that considers the coach's ability to embody our club principles, teach in a meaningful manner, prior experience coaching, and many other aspects to ensure we have the right coaches in place to develop the players and succeed as a team.
All of our coaches will have a background check and go through different training to ensure they are equipped to handle all situations, including Safesport..
We are building with the future in mind through a clear 3-, 5-, and 7-year vision focused on creating more opportunities for our players.
Our plan includes pathways to higher levels of play, such as Pre-ECNL, ECNL, and collegiate soccer, while ensuring players are developed at the right pace.
We are also committed to growing soccer across Northeast Arkansas by bringing local leagues during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons, reducing travel and strengthening the local soccer community.

Currently, there are no competitive youth soccer leagues based in Northeast Arkansas, requiring teams to travel outside the region.

Yes. There will be a parent meeting before or during the tryouts to answer any questions as well as one during registration day. We will also try to hold one mid-season and have surveys out at the end of the season.
